ALL PASSENGERS MUST BE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE TO BE FULLY COVID VACCINATED TO FLY TO THESE COUNTRIES. PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK 72 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE IF YOU WILL REQUIRE COVID PCR NEGATIVE TEST RESULT TO FLY TO EGYPT.

 TRAVEL LIGHT AND LUGGAGE TAGS                                                                                                                                                                        

The motor coach has only limited capacity for storage and any excess baggage will not only inconvenience yourself but also your fellow passengers. Kindly follow ‘ONE CHECKED BAGAGGE & ONE CARRY-ON BAGGAGE PER PERSON Policy. We have already mailed you the COLOR-CODED luggage tags. Please affix them on your checked luggage and hand luggage. This will help us to identify our luggage at the airport and will the hotel bell boys expedite the delivery of the luggage to and from your room.

 PHOTOCOPIES OF PASSPORTS AND AIRLINE TICKETS                                                                                                                                                                        

Keep the photocopies of the passport and Airline tickets with you (The page with picture and passport number) as these copies may be needed at the hotel/cruise during check-ins. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT AND AIRLINE TICKETS ALONG WITH THESE COPIES

 PUNCTUALITY                                                                                                                                                                        

We would follow a very strict time schedule to avoid delays and misconnections. You are requested to be punctual at all times. We suggest that you report at your designated meeting time at least 5-10 minutes earlier so that we can start in time. Any passengers who fail to be on board the transport before the stipulated reporting time, may miss their transport and have to make their own arrangements at their own expense to catch up with the group. PLEASE REPORT ON TIME FOR YOUR PICK UP

 SAFETY                                                                                                                                                                        

Egypt is a very famous travel destination and is considered safe to travel however please note crimes do occur in all tourist destinations around the world. All hotels provide an in room safe or locked security boxes at the front desk. Leave the valuables in your safe box at the hotel. Please be aware of the pickpocketing and petty theft, especially in the crowded area like airports and busy streets. We highly recommend using good quality leather belly pouches that you can wear around your waist to keep your important documents and valuables.

 WEATHER                                                                                                                                                                        

Winter in Egypt. It brings in a massive influx of tourists. That’s not surprising, given that the weather is nearly perfect. By the end of September, temperatures have dropped significantly. Most days average around 85 degrees Fahrenheit (29 degrees Celsius), but can vary a bit depending on location. Pack a light jacket, shirts for layering, and an umbrella for protect from sun rays and it can and does rain sometimes! Like other seasons, a brimmed hat and high-factor sunscreen is always a good idea

     Summer in Egypt. temperatures during the summer months average an impressive 104 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees Celsius)

     but  can reach as high as 122 F (50 C) in some area. s Even coastal areas stay warm, which is good for beachgoers as the water

     is typically a balmy 82 degrees Fahrenheit (28 degrees Celsius).

 ELECTRICITY                                                                                                                                                                        

Most of the hotel/Cruises in Egypt may have both 110V and 220V electrical outlets in the bathrooms, though in guest rooms usually only 220V sockets are available. If you wish to bring electric devices for use during your stay, auniversal transformer is a must.

WHAT TO PACK                                                                                                                                                                        

Pack lightly and bring casual clothes. For Sightseeing tour, a sturdy, comfortable pair of walking shoes is a must. Swimming customs, umbrella, walking sticks, sun glasses, hats, camera, woolen sweater or jackets, sun block, insect repellent will be a great idea to bring along with you. All hotels offer reliable laundry and dry-cleaning services. “Travelight” is the key to hassle free holiday

 CUSTOM CLERANCE AND QUARANTINE                                                                                                                                                                        

Please check with each country’s embassy about the items that you can export in their country. Most country have very strict bio security procedure at the airports to prevent introduction of the pest and disease of animals and plants.On arrival, you will be given a passenger arrival card that you will need to fill in before entering these countries. Please do not bring any food items into the country.

 BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE ON INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS                                                                                                                                                                        

Any passenger holding an economy class ticket is entitled to check in 01 piece of luggage of 44 pounds (20 Kg) and one carry-on bag is free of charge. Excess baggage payment is the responsibility of the passengers.

 BEVERAGES                                                                                                                                                                        

Alcoholic drink, soft drinks e.g. Coke, Pepsi is not included in the tour cost

 PERSONAL BELONGINGS                                                                                                                                                                        

All passengers are personally responsible for the safety of their own belongings such as passport tickets, credit card baggage wallet etc. Baggage will be owner’s responsibility all the time.

 AIRPORT CHECK-IN                                                                                                                                                                        

As per the government and security regulation all passengers must check in individually with their personal baggage at the airline counter and be present there at least 03 hours before the departure time.

 AIRPORT TRANSFERS                                                                                                                                                                        

All the airport transfers to hotel/ airport /seaport and back are provided by private air-conditioned motor coach for our group. All group members are personally liable to safeguard and watch their baggage, passport, tickets, personal belonging etc. at the airport, seaport and other places. Baggage trolley is available for you at the airport for you to carry your baggage in and out of airport.

 CHECK IN AT HOTELS                                                                                                                                                                        

You are required to check in with the Front Desk of the hotel upon arrival to fill in your Guest Registration form. The hotel may ask your credit card for any incidental and extra expenses that you may incur on your room account.

 CHECK OUT AT HOTELS                                                                                                                                                                        

In order to avoid last minute delay at the time of departure, you are suggested to settle all your extra hotel/ cruise room bill account with the hotel / cruise liner on the last night. This creates less congestion and waiting at the checkout desk of the hotel/ cruise and will certainly allow you and your fellow travelers to leave on time.

 SAFE BOX AT HOTELS FOR YOU VALUABLES, PASSPORTS, TICKETS ETC                                                                                                                                                                        

You are suggested to keep a close watch on your personal belongings including all the valuables, tickets, passport, Jewelry, medicines, wallets, credit cards etc. Please lock in your passport and other valuables in the safe box and DONOT forget to take them out at the time of the check out.

 LAUNDRY                                                                                                                                                                        

All hotels offer laundry service at reasonable price. In order to keep your baggage weight light, we suggest that you pack in few clothing and use the laundry services at the hotels to wash and wear again.

 CURRENCY                                                                                                                                                                        

ATM Machines are available throughout the cities you are visiting. You may also exchange the currency at the airport or hotel. Credit cards are accepted almost everywhere.

 TRAVEL INSURANCE                                                                                                                                                                        

Last Minute Tours do not provide any travel insurance. As we advised you in our tour proposal, we hope that you obtain a comprehensive Travel Insurance including but not limited to trip cancellation, delay, loss of deposit, medical expenses, personal accidents and death,
 loss of baggage, personal belongings. ‘Cancel for Any Reason’ travel insurance policy is one option that you must discuss with your Travel Insurance Company as it offers a wider range of coverage if you cancel for any reason. Most Travel Insurance companies want you to buy insurance at the time of making your initial tour deposit to obtain the best coverage tour.

 

 CANCELLATION AND REFUND:                                                                                                                                                                        

Tour once booked involves cancellation penalty if it is cancelled by you for any reason or for any circumstances beyond the control of Last Minute Tours and their agents and service providers. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance policy from the travel insurance company of your choice, covering all eventualities including but not limited to trip delay, trip cancellation, medical evacuation, illness, disease, death, accident etc. that can protect yourself from cancellation penalties, in case the tour is cancelled by you or due to circumstances beyond the control of Last Minute Tours and their agents and service providers. An administrative fee of US $ 500 per person will be charged for any cancellation once the tour is booked. A 25 % Cancellation fee on total tour cost will be charged if the bookings are cancelled between 89-60 days prior to departure. A 50% cancellation fee on total tour cost will be charged if the bookings are cancelled between 59-30 days prior to departure. A 75% cancellation fee on total tour cost will be charged if the bookings are cancelled between 29-03 days prior to departure. For later cancellation or for any unutilized services no refund will be permissible. It is mandatory for passenger to make all cancellations in writing stating the reason for cancellation and must be received in our office. Most refunds generally take 6-8 weeks to process.

 TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:                                                                                                                                                                        

It is the sole responsibility of each passenger/tourist to obtain and verify that all their travel documents on their own such as passport, visa and airline tickets, vaccination requirements etc. are in order and meets the guidelines to embark on the trip. Last Minute Tours will not be responsible if your travel documents such as passports and visa are not in order. Please take a moment to review your passport has empty visa pages and is valid six month beyond the return date from your trip.

 HEALTH:                                                                                                                                                                        

You must consult with your physician every important aspect of your health-related issues, including vaccinations such as Yellow Fever, Hepatitis, malaria prophylaxis etc. to ensure that you are in good health to engage in overseas travel. Please note: all our overseas tours require considerable walking and driving, sometimes on uneven, dusty and bumpy road conditions. You may also need to take stairs and inclines during the tour. The cruise voyages can sometimes be rough and turbulent due to strong water currents and bad weather. No individual assistance to passengers requiring wheelchair can be provided, as many places may not be wheelchair accessible and may be challenging for the physically handicapped. For Information on vaccinations and other health precautions, such as safe food and water precautions and insect bite protection, may be obtained from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s hotline for international travelers at 800-CDC-INFO (800-232-4636) or via the CDC’s Internet site, at http://www.cdc.gov/travel For information about outbreaks of infectious diseases abroad, please consult the World Health Organization’s (WHO) web site. All passengers are personally responsible to ensure that they are medically fit to travel.

 AIRLINE GROUP BOOKING AND SEAT ASSIGNMENTS:                                                                                                                                                                        

 Last Minute Tours or their agents and service providers make the booking with the Group Department of the airline, which means all the group members must travel together to and from a common gateway, as one Group. The Group tickets are lower fare tickets and carry restrictions. The tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferrable, non–re-routable, and non-endorsable. Policies governing seat assignments for groups vary greatly by airline. Most airlines currently offer preferred seating, a system which allows them to charge additional fees for preferable seats. As a result, many seats displayed on airline seat maps are set aside for clients willing to pay additional fees for them. Some seats may only be accessible at airport check-in. Specific Seat assignments preferences are not guaranteed Last Minute Tours and their agents and service providers Pollina Tours. Loss of assignments may occur, at any time, due to airline schedule changes, or even as a result of individual passengers making changes directly with airlines on their group seat assignments. In many cases, airlines will not assign seats for groups until the group booking is closed for ticketing usually 30 days prior to departure. At this time, Last Minute Tours and their agents and service providers will do all possible to seat passengers together and in the best available seats. However, it may not be possible for Last Minute Tours Once assigned, typically seats may only

be changed at airport check-in. Domestic US flights, as well as flights within Europe, do not permit group

seat assignments. Airline reservation agents are often prohibited from assisting with seat requests for Group Reservations from individual passengers.

 GROUP HOTEL BOOKING:                                                                                                                                                                        

Last Minute Tours and their agents and service providers makes the booking of the hotel in the specified hotel in “Standard” twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms or “Standard” double bedded (one double bed) room with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category. Special requests, such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel’s management on a run-of-house basis.

 GROUP LUNCH AND DINNER                                                                                                                                                                        

Last Minute Tours and their agents and service providers make the reservation for the Group Lunch and Dinner arrangements at the hotel or local restaurants based on the hotel or restaurant’s Buffet or Set dinner menu basis policy. All efforts are made to offer Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian menu choice to the Group members. However, Last Minute Tours and their agents and service providers cannot make multiple dinner menu request based on each group members’ individual request, likings and disliking. We will try our best to offer your food request but No special dietary request can be guaranteed.

 RESPONSIBILITY:                                                                                                                                                                        

Last Minute Tours and their agents and service providers Last Minute Tours and/or their agents give notice that all tickets, vouchers and the coupons issued by them and all arrangements for transportation or for conveyance/hotel accommodation, sightseeing, excursions, etc., made by them upon the express condition that they shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss , accident, death, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect of any vehicle, or through the act or default of any person or company engaged in conveying or housing the passengers or in connection therewith, or of any hotel proprietor or employee and its Tour Operator Last Minute Tours and their agents and service providers can accept no responsibility for cancellation penalties or losses or incidental expenses due to delay or change in schedules of airline, rail, motor coach, cruise or any transportation companies etc, hotel overbooking or default, sickness, injury, death, weather, strike, political or social unrest, disease, epidemic, pandemic, terrorism, natural calamities, quarantine or any other causes beyond the control of Last Minute Tours and their agents and service providers. All such losses or incidental expenses will have to be borne by the passengers to make any changes to the itinerary. Baggage is at owner’s risk throughout the tour. Obtaining a suitable travel insurance policy to cover the medical and non-medical eventualities from any Travel Insurance company of your choice is solely the responsibility of each passenger/tourist booked on our tour. Last Minute Tours, reserves the right to accept or reject any person as tour participants, to expel any tour participants from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever the company deems it is necessary for the comfort, safety and convenience of the participants or their agents/service providers. Although, all safety measures are taken by our suppliers to ensure you have an enjoyable and safe tour. However, our Service provider will require you to sign their Booking & Responsibility form to not hold them responsible for any injury, accident, death, etc, caused to you during any adventure tourism activities, jungle safari, etc. which is beyond their control. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. The transportation, airlines, rail, cruise, ferry companies, etc., concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or events during the time passengers are not on board their carriers and conveyance. The passenger’s contract in use by the airline carrier, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation company and the purchaser of the Tour(s) and/or passengers. Usually, check- in time at the hotels is 3:00 PM and check out time is 12 noon. Sequence of the itinerary is subject to change, due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that you have affixed the baggage tag with your names and address on your checked Baggage for easy identification and speedy delivery to your hotel rooms.
